We don't work with stock, which is one of the points that demonstrates our environmental awareness. Each garment is produced on demand, reducing waste and avoiding excess fabric.
In an industry increasingly aware of its environmental footprint, Ao is embracing the "on-demand" and local sourcing movement. We love fashion, but not what it generates. We aim to address an ethical issue through responsible consumption, rekindling the excitement of special and unique garments.
Production is carried out 90% with sustainable fabrics from Spanish and Dutch suppliers.
Our first collection features a bomber jacket made from fabric derived from recycled plastic bottles. The coats are made from recycled wool fabric, and the knitwear, such as sweatshirts and t-shirts, is made from organic cotton.
All our fabrics have sustainable certifications and are of the highest quality.

We are committed to responsible production based on proximity and transparency. At AO Studio, we make each garment to order. This model allows us to produce only what is needed, avoiding excess and reducing textile waste.
AO prototypes are born in our studio in Lugo. Our garments are manufactured at El Taller de Carmen—a factory surrounded by nature—in Santiago de Compostela, Galicia.
We source natural and recycled fabrics with low environmental impact and traceable origins.
With local production and zero kilometers, reducing our environmental footprint. This model allows us to maintain close relationships with our factories, ensuring transparent, responsible, and environmentally friendly production.
