Made to order
All our pieces are made to order, ensuring that each item is crafted especially for you. Estimated production time may vary, but is generally completed within 10 to 15 business days. We will keep you updated on the progress of your order.
Order shipment
Once production is complete, the shipping process will begin and you will receive a tracking number so you can monitor your package.
Delivery times depend on your location and the courier service used. Please note that shipping times are in addition to production time (3-5 days after production is complete).
Shipping costs
- Free shipping on orders over €150.
- For orders under €150, a flat shipping fee of €10 will apply.
- Express shipping (24-48 hours) is available for items already in stock. Please check availability and conditions for this option.
Geographical restrictions
We currently ship to Spain, Europe, and the United States under these conditions. If you are located outside these regions, please contact us to explore shipping options.
