Shipping Policy
Made-to-Order Production
All our pieces are made to order, ensuring that each item is crafted especially for you.
The estimated production time may vary but will generally be completed
within 10 to 15 business days. We will keep you updated
on the progress of your order.
Order Shipping
Once production is complete, the shipping process will begin, and you will receive a tracking number to monitor your package.
Delivery times depend on your location and the courier service used. Please note that shipping times are additional to production
time (3-5 days after the production process is
completed).
Shipping Costs
Free shipping for orders over €150.
For orders under €150, a flat shipping fee of €10 applies.
Express shipping (24-48 hours) is available for items already in stock. Please inquire about stock availability and express shipping conditions.
Geographical Restrictions
We currently ship under the above conditions to Spain, Europe, and the USA.
If your location is outside these regions, please contact us to explore possible shipping options.
Returns Policy
Return Period
We accept returns within 15 calendar days of receiving your order.
Return Conditions
The product must be in perfect condition, unused, with all original tags, and in its original packaging.
We do not accept returns of personalized items or items modified according to customer specifications unless they are defective.
Return Process

Once the return is approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the returned item.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and approved, we will process your refund.
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
Defective Products or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a defective product or an incorrect order, please contact us immediately. We will cover shipping costs and manage the replacement or refund process as applicable.
